Shift: Monday to Friday (6.00am to 2.00pm, 2.00pm to 10.00pm and 10.00pm to 6.00am - Rotating)

Pay: Up to £47,000 DOE + Overtime = earnings of £50,000 and upwards achievable

Overview:

With manufacturing facilities located across the UK and EU, we now require a site based Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Both mechanical and electrical engineers considered.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role:

To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns
PPM'sThe ideal candidate / Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

Time served apprentice trained or above
Previous experience working in a maintenance focused role within a manufacturing/production environment or similar
An electrical understanding changing like for like parts and basic fault finding. Most of the faults are predominantly mechanical, however electrical skills can be utilised if you are electrically biased. Commutable from: Trecenydd, Caerphilly, Pontypridd, Newport, Cardiff and surrounding areas.
