A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced Global Payroll & Benefits Manager to drive the strategic and operational excellence of their international payroll function.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end payroll process across UK, EMEA, APAC, and the US for approximately 250 employees, managing multiple vendors.
Develop and implement a best-in-class payroll strategy, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
Manage bonus payments, benefits administration, and international assignee payroll.
Take a holistic view of payroll operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. About You:
Proven experience as a Global Payroll Manager overseeing payroll across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
Strong background in financial services with a deep understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance.
