Role and Responsibilities
- To support the shift manager in leading the shift team
- Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
- Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures
- Demonstrate strong communication skill-sets with 3rd party client or direct client.
- To lead and support a maintenanceteam.
- Stepping up to Shift Manager
- To support, as required, scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations
- Diagnosis of Mechanical and Electrical and Electronic and PC faults
- Where required support, prioritise system faults
- To accurately record all work undertaken
QualificatIons
Maintenance Shift Manager Deputy
- ONC OR HNCin Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Engineering or Engineering Apprenticeship or Bscor Msc
- Experience in previously managing a team
- A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic technical manuals and drawings
- Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
