About the Role:

As an Engineering Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a dynamic team of 3-4 design engineers, overseeing all aspects of engineering projects from start to finish. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring timelines are met, risks are managed, and progress is clearly communicated both internally and to customers.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a small team of talented design engineers
Oversee all engineering projects, keeping them on track with clear milestones and progress reports
Identify and manage risks, providing proactive solutions
Keep all department heads in the loop with updates, action plans, and support
Liaise with customers, providing updates and handling any delays with professionalismWhat You Bring:
