Location: Zones 1 & 2, Central London​

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum​

Working Hours: Monday to Friday​

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification required​

Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification required​

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile Multiskilled Electrical Engineer to join our team, covering commercial sites across Zones 1 and 2 in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical bias, with the ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.​

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites​

Perform electrical installations, fault finding, and repairs​

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards​

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

Participate in an on-call rota as required​

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification​

Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification​

Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installations​

Full UK driving license​

Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload​

Strong communication and interpersonal skills​

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

Test and Inspection qualifications (e.g., 2391)

Experience with building management systems (BMS)​

Knowledge of mechanical systems and general building maintenance​
