Our client, is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator for their high-performing East London office.Our client, who has fantastic stock and market presence across East London is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. Ideally you will have experience within similar markets and be keen to be part of a high volume office.As a member of the sales team, your responsibilities would typically include:
- Conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and successfully closing sales transactions.
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing them with exceptional customer service.
- Actively seeking out new business opportunities, such as generating leads, attending networking events, and establishing partnerships with relevant stakeholders. Your goal would be to expand the agency's client base and increase sales revenue.
- Staying up-to-date with local property market trends, pricing, and regulations. This includes monitoring competitors, conducting market research, and using your knowledge to advise clients and make informed pricing recommendations.
This is a high performing team, ideally you should have experience in London property, you should have excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the local property market, and be self-motivated to succeed every day.Our client, will provide you a fantastic work culture and reward their staff with regular incentives.
