Staffing Assistant - London Staffing and Talent Solution Agency5 days per week (40 hour week), Mon-Sun rota based shifts£26,000 - £27,000PA depending on experience We are now looking for a Staffing Assistant to join our bustling London Team.  Working within our operations and staffing team the Staffing Assistant’s key function is to ensure all bookings are fully staffed with an appropriate team member, that has the appropriate skills. You will be the one involved in nurturing and mentoring the casual team, allowing them to excel in their various roles, from waiter to barista, bartender to kitchen porter, chef to manager and so on.  Through clear communication, you will be promoting a wide range of shifts, in various locations, to team members to ensure all bookings are filled.  To do this successfully, you must have a calm and professional manner, even when the going gets tough. Every day will be different, so we need a self-starter, who is not afraid to get stuck in.    This is not a role for the faint-of-heart. As a Staffing Assistant, you'll need to be confident, and have common sense. You will need to be flexible and fired up about both admin and operations. You'll need to have acute attention to detail, and be great with multitasking.  You don't have to be an expert Staffing Assistant, as training will be provided - but your enthusiasm and common sense must make up for what you don't already have in experience!  Previous experience within hospitality operations is a must. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a rota basis, including some weekends and on call shifts (remunerated)Why do we love working with Off to Work?
