Description

Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Perform regular checks and maintenance to ensure all IT systems are operational and up-to-date.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimise system downtime and disruptions.
Assist employees with technical issues, providing clear guidance and assistance on system use.
Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software as required.
Help implement upgrades and updates to systems, ensuring that all hardware and software remain current and secure.
Work closely with the IT team to implement solutions and resolve technical problems.
Maintain accurate records of IT support requests, actions taken, and outcomes.
Supporting the deployment of new IT systems and upgrades.
Working collaboratively to ensure compliance with relevant IT standards and regulations.Profile
