Overview: An incredibly successful food manufacturing business based in the West Midlands is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to assist with the consistent growth of their flagship site.

This is your chance to be a part of a forward-thinking company that's at the forefront of their product category. The site is quite well invested site, they've had several key positive changes over the past 12 months, but they aren't where they need to be yet.

They need the Manufacturing Manager to help them reach their end goal and ensure the site continues to deliver high quality products to the UK retailers.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who can exemplify long term operational strategies delivered within a food manufacturing environment. A relevant degree within manufacturing / operations / engineering and evidence of coaching and developing large teams.

You probably won't succeed in this role if you aren't coming from a food manufacturing background.
