Shorterm are currently looking to recruit a Technical Director on behalf of their client based in Gateshead.Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to join their Civil and Structural team.Their new management team structure presents a dynamic environment, where the Technical Director will play a pivotal role in helping to lead the company forward, aligning technical excellence with business objectives and growth.The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with extensive expertise in both Civil and Structural design engineering. In this role, they will lead a team of 14: engineers and technicians, offering technical guidance and support while helping to shape and communicate the company's vision, values, and strategic direction.
