Customer Sales Advisor Wanted - Join Driver Hire (Torbay)

Driver Hire (Torbay) is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to join our client's team. This role involves handling customer phone inquiries, accurately recording details, and providing top-quality service. A confident phone manner and excellent spelling skills are essential. Additional duties include contacting customers via phone and email with accurate pricing, planning delivery routes, assisting walk-in customers, and managing paperwork and general office filing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Professionally and confidently handle incoming and outgoing calls.
• Accurately communicate customer details with correct spelling.
• Plan and organise delivery schedules efficiently and effectively.
• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and order paperwork.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

Requirements:

• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills for planning and scheduling deliveries.
• Ability to assist customers independently and manage their orders effectively.
