Property Services Manager

£40,000 - £42,000 per annum

Our client, an award-winning FTSE listed property company, is looking to recruit a Property Manager to deliver outstanding property management services to this iconic City based campus. The campus consists of both office and retail/hospitality spaces. The role is initially a 12 month FTC but there is the possibility that this will extend.

Being a good communicator with relevant experience as a Property/Facilities Manager is essential to be considered for this position.

What you will do:

Provide and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and colleagues within the campus.

* Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team.

* Integrate the Campus App into campus processes and procedures.

* Support the roll out and integration of World Class Welcome in all buildings.

* Demonstrate and promote the company values through regular newsletters, delivery of team events and contributing to training plans.

* Review processes and procedures with a view to streamlining, simplifying, and increasing efficiency.

* Assist in the preparation of management reports.

* Take responsibility for the budget for the Estate Management Office.

In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you meet the following criteria:

Facilities or property management experience

* Health and Safety awareness

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Project and contract management experience is advantageous but not key
