Client Details

The Client is a well-known Specialist Garden Machinery Dealership based in the United Kingdom.

Description

The key responsibilities:

• Conduct general building repairs such as painting, patching walls, and fixing doors/windows including inspecting properties to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.

• Assemble furniture and equipment as needed and ensure all work is completed in compliance with FISco's and the customers safety and security regulations/policy's

• To manage and coordinate property and facility suppliers including but not limited to site inductions, obtaining quotes, booking attendance dates and verifying completed works. This will include scoping, planning and monitoring work, while ensuring procedures are in place to meet legal compliance.

• Someone with a healthy amount of Maintenance experience
