Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Excellent opportunity for a Senior Employment Solicitor or FCILEX to join a well-regarded commercial firm in Cambridgeshire. This role offers the chance to lead a Legal 500-recognized department, handling high-quality work for an impressive client base, including household-name companies.The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor with at least 8 years’ PQE, experienced in providing both respondent and claimant employment law advice. While the team is small in size, it has a strong reputation and an established client base. Experience in handling high-caliber employment law matters at a reputable regional firm would be advantageous. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to Partnership.

The Role - Manage a wide range of private and public sector clients on all aspects of employment law.
- Advising on the full range of employment tribunal litigation
- Mentoring and developing the employment team.
- Development and implementation of strategies to enhance the employment practice
