What will you do?

• Advise on M&A, equity and debt funding and general corporate structuring work
• Work with local & national colleagues
• Clients will include Public and Private UK and International companies
• Be included in business development activities, building client relationships and growing the already well-regarded dept

What will you need?

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
• To have at least 2 years' corporate law experience
