Job Title: Financial Accountant
Location: Guildford
Salary: £50,000 plus a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage monthly and year-end financial statements in compliance with relevant legislation
Handle VAT returns, tax computations, and support with audits
Produce management reports and provide insightful financial analysis to senior leadership
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of balance sheets and P&L statements
Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and forecasting
Provide support for financial planning and strategy development
Key Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, SAP)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent communication skills
