About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Account Manager t to play a pivotal role in supporting project sales and directors. This position focuses on maintaining customer confidence during the initial enquiry and design stages through to order commitment. You will assist directors in transitioning pre-order stages into confirmed orders and prepare detailed information for the internal project delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clients, the design team, and internal teams throughout the pre-order phase.
* Opportunity Creation: Proactively seek and create opportunities to showcase the organization's capabilities and commitment to project success.
* Process Improvement: Continuously enhance pre-contract processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
* Documentation: Ensure all pre-order documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time to enable the project delivery team to generate precise sales orders and payment requests.
Skills: :
* Detail-oriented with excellent task management skills.
* Persistent in following up with internal departments.
* Dynamic, proactive, and positive attitude.
* Ability to remain calm and manage well under pressure.
* Capable of handling multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities and tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Assist directors in managing existing clients to ensure timely responses.
* Maintain up-to-date CRM records.
* Respond to emails on behalf of project sales.
* Assist the projects team with research, meeting preparations, and proposals.
* Facilitate timely responses to design queries by coordinating with the internal design team.
* Schedule and coordinate diaries for workshop and site visits, design review meetings, and specifications.
* Assist in proposal preparation, highlighting the organization's unique strengths and relevant past performance.
* Regularly engage with clients through meetings, presentations, and updates to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
* Prepare comprehensive 'project handover' packs by gathering relevant information from sales and project teams.
