The HSE Manager will be responsible for:
* Leading the management of HSE systems to maintain high safety standards across all sites
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations in leisure and retail properties
* Engaging with on-site teams, senior stakeholders, and clients to promote safety initiatives
* Implementing risk assessments and safety strategies tailored to each unique site
* Driving continuous improvement in safety practices across the portfolio
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* Chartered IOSH Membership, with a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent)
* A background in the leisure and retail sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific safety challenges
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing HSE systems
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders
