Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: St AlbansType: Full TimeSalary: £26,000-£28,000  As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing the organisation’s supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices and expenses.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile all supplier statements.
• Ensure timely payment to vendors while adhering to payment terms.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries from suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations such as bank statements and credit cards.
• Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure efficient operations.
