Looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join a leading Property Maintenance contractor East London.

Day to day duties:

• Oversee day-to-day repairs contract and maintenance works across a range of properties, ensuring work is completed on time and up to standards.
• Lead a team of operatives, managing schedules, resource allocation, and health and safety compliance.
• Liaise with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Repairs or Maintenance Supervisor, ideally within social housing.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Trade background with relevant qualifications
