Vacancy: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: City of London
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Are you an experienced M&E Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge? Join a dynamic Facilities Management team, managing the maintenance of a commercial office building in the City of London.

You'll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining several floors of M&E systems. Your duties will include:

* Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building.

* Working with LV distribution and supporting mechanical/HVAC duties.

* Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues

* Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum of Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

* Proven experience as an M&E Engineer in a commercial building environment.

* Strong knowledge of LV systems and experience in Mechanical Maintenance.

* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
