Pricing Director - Commercial Lines Insurance
Up to £125k + Bonus + Benefits Package

We're looking to hire a commercially astute Pricing Director to spearhead and grow the pricing function within a dynamic commercial insurance team. If you bring a wealth of experience in commercial lines pricing and have great communication and interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect role for you!

Qualifications:

Insurance/Actuarial qualification or qualified by experience
A bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field.Industry Experience:

Relevant Sector Experience - Significant experience in commercial insurance, Motor, P&C, speciality lines
Pricing Experience - Experience in pricing insurance products, including the development and implementation of new pricing strategiesLeadership and Management:

Previous experience in leadership roles, such as managing teams of actuaries or analystsYou will inherit a team of Pricing Analysts and have the opportunity to expand the team further.

The company has been growing at a rapid pace, and we need someone with commercial acumen to drive this forward.

This isn't a typical pricing role; you'll be implementing innovative pricing solutions across multiple distribution channels in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role with some office attendance required but it is very flexible Leeds or London and we are open to discussing flexible arrangements.
