Finance Assistant - Immediate start

On site parking and work from home schedule.

Job role:

• Registering supplier invoices onto the accounting software ERP
• Reconcile statements
• Resolving issues via e-mail and telephone
• Liaising with internal Managers to resolve invoice queries.
• Assisting with purchase ledger month end procedures
• Complete all filing and admin
• Support with sales ledger as and when needed

Person spec:

• Previous experience in purchase ledger
• Reliable

Office based.
