Description

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all payments are up to date.
• Handle customer queries regarding credit control in a timely and professional manner.
• Regularly liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on credit control activity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of credit control strategies.
• Contribute to team meetings and share best practices for credit control.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations relating to credit control.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar credit control role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of credit control processes and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
