Eutopia has an exclusive campaign to recruit two new roles as Finance Business Partners to support central costs. Our client is a highly successful Global services company in Surrey, with people at the heart of it's success.

Reporting to the FP&A Lead in a recently formed function, the role will act as relationship owner sitting within FP&A team and partnering with the functional managers in the UK&I. Your key focus will be to facilitate continuous development of understanding and ownership by UK&I functional managers of their actions and how they impact their cost centre spend. By partnering with them, you will drive improved cost efficiency and, by doing so, contribute to the Finance and Business strategy.

We are looking for the following:

• Be qualified by experience or a qualified accountant (ACMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Either currently working as a Finance business partner or looking to take this on as a first step to gain more experience.
• Demonstrable functional competence: excellent breadth and depth of finance experience (cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting)
• Strong business orientation - ability to understand and explain business results and translate into financial consequences.
• Experience of Microsoft Office tools particularly strong in MS Excel, SAP or other large ERP system, BI or EPM tools
