Skilled Moulder/Coremaker

Location: Smethwick B66 area.
Salary: £13.61 - £14.45 per hour (depending on experience)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled or time-served Moulder/Coremaker with a strong background in producing moulds and cores using an airset sand system. If you have experience with mechanised track or floor moulding, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce moulds and cores in an airset sand system.

* Assemble and close moulds with precision.

* Operate a continuous sand mixer effectively.

* Ensure quality and consistency in mould production.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in airset sand moulding processes.

* Previous work on mechanised track or floor moulding preferred.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Candidates with only shell moulding experience will not be considered, as this process differs significantly.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 6AM till 2PM (overtime available midweek)
