IT Service Desk Support - Permanent

Salary - £29K per annum + £2K shift allowance

We are currently collaborating with an innovative, defense, aerospace, technology-focused company in their search for an IT Service Desk Support. With projects ranging from advanced robotics and autonomous systems to critical defense and security innovations, it supports mission-critical operations worldwide.

As an IT Support Agent, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services. You'll provide crucial technical support, managing day-to-day requests and incidents while helping to maintain the efficiency of the organisation's IT infrastructure.

Experience Required:

• Prior experience in an IT service desk environment.
• Proficiency with Office 365(Troubleshooting and Admin)
• Should have a vehicle to drive to reach to the location.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

All applicants must be able to obtain or currently hold Security Clearance.
