Questech are recruiting fo an experienced Instrument Technician to join thier team at Rotherham.

The Role:

* As an Instrument Technician you will be required to undertake both reactive and preventative maintenance to a wide range of combustion / instrumentation / control systems.

* This will include working independently on faults and developing and implementing solutions as well as monitoring performance

* You will also assist in the efficient planning and running of the process control function.

Requirements:

* Hold a recognised Electrical / Instrumentation apprenticeship (HNC/ONC level or equivalent)

* Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and work with technical data.

* Previous Instrumentation / Control / Electrical experience of industrial systems

* Competence in 16th / 17th Edition I.E.T. Wiring Regulations.

This Role is a Monday to Friday with a mixture of afternoons, mornings and nights. Average shift is 8 hours.
