Description

Key Responsilbities:

• Ensure all inter-company invoice processing is completed on time and is accurate
• Reconcile all inter company accounts to minimise aged items
• Line management responsibility of a team of Billing Specialists
• Responsibility for driving accuracy standards across the team
• Reporting for clients, internal team and internal stakeholders (i.e. Operations)
• To ensure all invoices have the correct PO number detailed
• Processing of all customer invoicing
• To ensure that all invoices and credits generated are produced to a high standard to enable the business to function smoothly
• Continually focus on process improvement enabling timely billing practices and reaching monthly billing targets
• Monday to Friday - 9 - 5

Job Offer

Salary up to £32000 per annum + Pension + Free on site parking + Work from Home + Study Support.
