Vox Consultants are hiring for an Adult Social Worker to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.

You will be:
Joining the Multi Agency Safeguarding Team, your role will be to:

Manage a caseload of clients, including safeguarding adults, and ensure that all cases are handled in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Conduct assessments of clients' needs, identify relevant objectives to resolve problems, and take effective action to achieve solutions.
Work collaboratively with other council officers and partner agencies, including the police, health services, and voluntary sector organisations.
Maintain accurate records and ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Provide information and support to clients, their families, and carers, ensuring that they are fully informed about their rights and available services.
Participate in multi-agency meetings and case conferences as required.
Maintain professional registration and compliance with the council's DBS requirements.
Receive regular professional supervision and maintain a critical reflective approach to practice.Essentials:

Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within an Adult Social Work Team.
