The ideal candidate for the Junior Sous Chef role will:
  • Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
  • Build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly

  • Have previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef
