Back-End Developer - 9 Month Contract - £500 per dayLocation: Hybrid - Remote with up to 2 days per week on-site in LiverpoolRate: Up to £500 per dayIR35: InsideThe role:A backend developer to work alongside front-end developers, to create comprehensive digital solutions. This role is part of a large Government Digital Transformation programme and is Inside of IR35. Government experience is a bonus.Essential Criteria:

• Java 11+ & Spring
• Development of microservices
• JPA / Hibernate
• RESTful APIs / OpenAPI 3+
• CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins
• PostgreSQL
• Experience of working within technical development teams working in an agile environment
• Good understanding of the principles of writing clean code
• Ability to review user stories and to participate in review and sizing
• Experience in large agile programmes, ideally including public sector
• Wide experience of automated test tools for Unit testing
• Git, Docker and a good understanding of development pipelines
