Role: IT Account Manager
Location: Hybrid (Office & Remote)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our client base.
Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
Understanding client needs and recommending IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.
Collaborating with marketing and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Tracking and reporting sales activities and pipeline progress with accuracy.What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 5 years in sales or account management within the Managed Services Industry.
Sales Approach: A consultative, relationship-driven approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of contracts, recurring revenue models, and tailored IT solutions.
Independence & Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a smaller business environment, navigating challenges with resourcefulness.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Autotask, Kaseya, Ability, and other quoting tools.
