Registered Manager - Assessing & Healing of Complex Trauma - £46,000 plus bonuses
NonStop Care is currently working with a Good Ofsted Assessing & Healing of Complex Trauma home in the Loughborough area who are looking for a Registered Manager to lead their home.
As a Registered Manager you will be working closely with the Service Manager and Operations manager to assist the development and growth of the service, allowing you to have greater job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to lead, motivate, manage and develop all members of the staff team within an open and enthusiastic culture which includes the delivery of training.

You will lead and support a team; Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Residential Workers and all committed to transforming lives and creating positive outcomes.

Requirements:
They are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years' previous experience within the last 5 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children and, for at least 1 year, requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role.
