Service Technician/MOT Tester

Salary: £31,000 per annum plus monthly bonus

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours per week)

* Saturday: 8.00 am to 12.00 pm on a rota basis

* Flexibility required to suit the needs of the business

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Technician and MOT Tester to join a dynamic team at a reputable commercial vehicle centre in the Bilston area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform repairs and servicing of commercial motor vehicles accurately and efficiently.

* Collaborate with other departments to facilitate vehicle servicing and repairs.

* Detect and diagnose additional faults requiring further attention.

* Adhere to safety protocols, manufacturer standards, and industry guidelines.

* Complete all work to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Contribute to achieving high standards of process efficiency and customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience working on VAG vehicles (preferred).

* Current MOT Tester certification for Class 4 & 7 vehicles (essential).

* Demonstrated ability to coach and share knowledge effectively.
