What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering the curriculum to pupils within a KS1/2 year group
• Ensuring all children in KS1/2 can learn and achieve to the best of their ability
• Maintaining the positive ethos and core values of the school
• Supporting initiatives decided by the Principal and staff
• Planning appropriately to meet the needs of all pupils, through differentiation of tasks
• Setting clear targets based on prior attainment for pupils’ learning
• Providing a stimulating classroom environment where resources can be accessed appropriately by all pupils
• Keeping efficient records and integrating formative and summative assessments into weekly and termly planning
