I'm looking for an experienced Operations Manager with experience in the Social Housing sector to run projects on Hi Rise blocks of flats in Birmingham. This is a permanent role offering a £3,000 car allowance, brilliant progression opportunities and one of the best packages in the industry. The Operations Manager - Social Housing will be required to oversee a number of refurbishment projects, working on Hi Rise blocks of flats and the projects can and will entail:

• EWI and External Cladding
• Re-Roofing
• Concreting
• Fire Remedial Works
• Internal Refurbs

Ideally, I'm looking for an Operations Manager - Social Housing that has:

• Previous experience working on some, or all, of the above projects
• Experience working with a t1 contractor
• SMSMS
• First aid at work

In return, the Operations Manager - Social Housing will receive:

• £70,000 - £85,000 a year salary
• £3,000 Car Allowance
