The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining a multi-disciplinary team, you'll work on a diverse range of impactful projects, including cladding, remediation, retrofit, estate-wide regeneration, rooftop development, and traditional building works. Projects range up to £50m, and you will play a pivotal role in delivering these schemes through cost control, valuations, cost planning, and reporting.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
Minimum of 12 months Quantity Surveying experience
Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy practice
Basic pre contract knowledge
