About the role:

SEN TA: Are you passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? Join a welcoming primary school in Brent as a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant and make a meaningful impact on young lives. You'll work closely with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students with ASD, including non-verbal children, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Collaborate with teachers to implement individualised education plans (IEPs), foster independence, and create a nurturing learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 TA or equivalent)

.• Experience working with children with ASD, ideally in schools.

• Patience, empathy, and great communication skills

.• A proactive, flexible approach

.• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
As an SEN TA, you will:
• Provide personalised support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including non-verbal children

.• Assist in implementing and monitoring individualised education plans (IEPs).

• Promote social skills development and independence in a nurturing environment

.• Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to ensure student progress and well-being.
