This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow the newly established Fire Engineering department of a nationally established multidisciplinary consultancy.

The Director of Fire Engineering Role

As the Director of Fire Engineering, you will play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior and graduate Fire Engineers, fostering their growth and development.

Your expertise will help shape the expansion of the Fire Safety team and services. You'll work on a variety of projects across the commercial and residential sectors, ensuring high standards of fire safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out and review Fire Strategies

* Develop new Fire Engineering work with current Clientele

* Carry out intrusive and non-intrusive surveys

* Peer review fire engineering projects to ensure technical excellence

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners

The Ideal Director Will Have

* At least 5 years of experience working at an Associate level or higher

* Degree in Fire Engineering (MEng or MSc)

* Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards it

* Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
