About the Role

Support students with SEN on a 1-1 basis or in small groups
Work closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to adapt lessons
Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment
Assist with personal development and emotional regulationWhat We're Looking For

Experience working with secondary-aged children is essential
SEN experience - either in school, youth work, care, or similar
