Salary: £34,435 to £42,556 per annum London / £31,721 to £38,915 per annum - National

Location: Flexible across all regions. Hybrid role with link to nearest office base where you'll work at least 1 day per week.

We're looking to recruit Resident Liaison Officers to join our existing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new fast-paced and dynamic team where you'll be working on a project that really makes a difference to our residents and improves ways of working. You'll be dealing with Leaks, Condensation, Damp and Mould cases, seeing them through to conclusion and often helping customers who may be vulnerable.

Our residents are our priority and we are keen to ensure we hear their views and communicate effectively on service promises.

You'll report into a Resident Liaison Manager and we can support regular home working, with attendance at offices and resident visits so applicants must be able to travel across local regions as and when required.
