Join a leading innovative fintech where as a Senior Strategy Collections Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing the collections strategies.

THE ROLE

• Develop, implement, and optimize collections strategies across various customer segments to enhance recovery rates and reduce delinquency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of collections strategies.
• Use advanced analytics tools and techniques, such as predictive modeling and segmentation, to inform decision-making.
• Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a credit risk/ collections strategy, analytics position
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies that drive measurable results.
