About the Role

An exciting central London based opportunity has arisen for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join a leading organisation in a high-growth, asset-driven sector. With a substantial global presence and significant investment plans, this role offers exposure to senior leadership and involvement in large-scale transactions and strategic projects.

You'll take ownership of FP&A activities for multiple business units, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. This is a chance to influence the financial planning processes and contribute to a business driving billions of pounds in future investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full FP&A ownership for assigned business units, including end-to-end P&L and cash flow reporting and planning.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and review cash flow forecasts (short- and medium-term), ensuring accuracy and providing challenge to assumptions.
  • Deliver liquidity reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Enhance the use and functionality of a recently implemented planning and reporting tool.
  • Contribute to high-profile transactions and strategic ad hoc projects.

Background:

  • Minimum 18 months in an FP&A role within a large corporate (revenue > £300m).
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (exceptionally strong candidates may be considered by exception).

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering value-add analysis and insights to support decision-making (e.g., new KPIs or reporting that drove change).
  • Comprehensive P&L and cash flow reporting experience at a group or significant business unit level.
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills, including integrated financial statement models (P&L, BS & CF).
  • Strong report writing skills, including narratives and presentations for routine and ad hoc outputs.
