Responsibilities

* Support the manufacturing of electrical components and assemblies by providing technical expertise.

* Support RF testing and validation to ensure design and component performance meet specifications

* Perform electrical diagnostics, PCB fault finding, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues effectively.

* Analyse new and existing designs to ensure Design for Manufacture (DFM) criteria are met.

* Assess component life cycles and mitigate risks associated with obsolescence or reliability.

Experience

* Experience in a manufacturing, production engineering, or technical role, ideally with RF, electronics or similar experience.

* Experience with engineering projects and delivering successful productivity improvement initiatives.

* Hands-on experience with RF systems, analogue & digital circuits, antennas, and electronics manufacturing processes would be advantageous.

* Proficiency in PCB design, assembly processes, and fault finding/troubleshooting
