The Role:
As a Property Manager, you will:
Manage the existing housing stock to assess conditions, identify issues etc
Prepare repair and refurb specs and oversee the subcontractors carrying that out
Work with residents and other stakeholders to ensure all needs are accounted for and that feedback is used to shape future work
Take responsibility for new projects to ensure each one is brought in on time and in budget

The Candidate:
The ideal Property Manager will have:
Proven experience in property management or surveying or building management
An expertise across repair management and maintenance and the ability to report on it
Ability to manage budgets and oversee projects.
Excellent communication skills for working with all stakeholders
