Alexander Lloyd are currently partnered with a highly established Pension and Benefits Consultancy who are seeking to expand their offering within the EB market. This opportunity will be to join the Leadership team within a strategic Employee Benefits Consulting role based in London. Working closely with the Directors of the business you will assist in pushing the Health and Risk side of the business to its full potential with the full backing and investment of the firm.

Joining this mid-sized consultancy will mean you can have direct input into the success and direction of the business and be part of the innovative decision-making processes. You will also have a bank of your own established clients and ensure successful and growing relationships are withheld and nurtured. The right candidate will have previous experience of working with mid-large sized clients and PMI and Risk knowledge and experience is essential. You will also be looking to make a real difference within a firm who are passionate about utilising their established client base and expanding their relationships across a range of products offered by the firm.

The majority of this position's clients are London based so a London presence is essential, although a hybrid working arrangement is offered.
