4Site are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee luxury refurbishment projects valued up to £20m for our client, a leading high-end residential main contractor. This is a rare opportunity for a senior professional with a proven background in high-end residential refurbishments to take a strategic leadership role managing some of London's most exclusive property projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of one or more large-scale projects, managing every stage from pre-construction through to completion.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop and implement strategies, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
Direct and manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and performance KPIs
Develop and oversee project strategies, streamlining operations and driving efficiencies to optimise outcomes
Manage and mentor project teams, including Senior Project Managers and other site leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Coordinate resources, recruitment, and team structures in line with project demands, ensuring a high-performing workforce
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Oversee procurement of professional services and contractors, ensuring value and quality in all appointments
Produce accurate progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience managing large, high-value construction projects, ideally in the luxury residential or heritage sectors
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams
Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset to deliver value-driven solutions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, programming, and compliance standards
