Our client, a global leader in social media, is seeking a Talent Sourcer for a 12-month contract based in central London. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing platforms in the world, working 4 days a week in a vibrant office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source Top Talent: Manage the search process for multiple complex roles, identifying and engaging top technical talent at various levels.
2. Teamwork: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers to fulfill recruitment goals and business needs.
3. Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers, and external partners.
4. Market Research: Perform thorough data analysis to provide actionable market insights that support business growth.
5. Interview Coordination: Handle the logistics of the interview scheduling process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
6. Candidate Experience: Promote a positive experience for all candidates and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in a recruitment agency, preferably with a focus on entertainment, sales, or tech roles.
• Skills: Skilled in using tools like LinkedIn to source and engage passive candidates, with strong data analysis capabilities.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across different regions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and attention to detail.
• Language: Must be fluent in English.

What We Offer:
