They are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive performance across their new projects in the SE London area.

About the Role:

As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring your team, and ensuring that sales targets are not only met but exceeded. You will work closely with senior management to shape the company's growth trajectory, with a specific focus on expanding in the SE London new-build market. Your expertise in new home sales will be key in building relationships, managing customer expectations, and driving sales from initial inquiry through to property handover.

Key Responsibilities:
